My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, right off the highway and surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining options, making it super convenient for exploring Memphis. The room was spacious enough to move around comfortably, but the presence of cigarette smoke smell and a noisy dog barking at times disrupted our sleep. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff members coming across as friendly and pleasant while others seemed to ignore us completely. The complimentary dining was a nice touch and helped save on meal expenses. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs.

Upon arrival at 6:30, the room wasn't ready, but once settled, I found the rooms to be large, clean, and very comfortable. The staff downstairs was super nice, which added to the pleasant stay. However, the pool area wasn't as clean as expected, and navigating the lanes leading to the parking lot was a bit challenging.
